Programmes and Calendar

We offer a programme of training to adults at events across Scotland.  All of our training is FREE.  However, delegates will be charged an administrative fee of £30 if they fail to notify us in advance that they can no longer attend, or if they don’t turn up on the day.

You should NEVER be charged for the delivery of respectme training or training materials. Delegates who complete respectme training are NOT permitted to use our materials for commercial purposes. Should this situation ever arise, please contact us immediately.

Depending on your needs and delegate numbers, we can also offer training specifically for your organisation.  If you are interested in Organisational Training, please contact us directly via email at outlining your requirements.

Organisational training is FREE, however any training cancelled within 72 hours or less of the agreed date, will lead to a charge to cover all costs associated with the cost of Consultant Trainers’ time and any other expenses incurred.

Unfortunately, we cannot attend individual schools to deliver workshops or to present at assemblies.  Our approach – through  training, resources and support to develop anti-bullying policies and practices – gives teachers and other staff members the skills to then go on to deliver training, workshops, assemblies, etc within their own schools.

All training events run from 9.00am – 4.00pm, with lunch and refreshments provided.

If you would like to participate in any of our training events you must register to secure a place.  A confirmation email will be sent on receipt of your completed registration form and will confirm whether or not you have secured a place.  If you haven’t heard from us within three days, please contact us on 0844 800 8600.

Please note, personal information provided will be used by respectme solely for the purposes of contacting you with further information on the training event and the work of respectme in general. Your information will NOT be passed on to any third party organisation.

Respect for All is the Scottish Government’s refreshed anti-bullying guidance, which was launched in November 2017. It provides a framework for all anti-bullying work undertaken in Scotland, and presents clear guidance for adults working with children and young people in all settings, not just schools, to help ensure that responses to bullying are coherent and consistent.

Our one-day training will introduce you to the principles of Respect for All and key themes from the guidance will be introduced throughout the day. To find out more about Respect for All in advance of the training, you can view the guidance here. Respect for All
