We are not a helpline and don’t offer support for individuals in Schools/Organisations, or one-to-one family support. We provide general practical advice and guidance on preventing and responding to bullying behaviour to all professionals/practitioners and parents/carers.

Other support options
If your child is being bullied and would like to speak to an adult in confidence, they can contact Childline on 0800 1111.
If you are worried about your child and would like to talk to someone in confidence, you can call ParentLine on 08000 28 22 23. Lines are open Monday, to Friday 9am to 9pm. Saturday-Sunday 9am to noon.
