Children’s resources
We’ve created a library of information and resources for children and young people to explore bullying and areas of our campaign work in more detail. Young people involved with our Youth Action Group helped to design a collection of resources for use in school and youth settings, including a feel-good playlist activity, which may also be useful.
respectme’s Youth Action Group – young people told us that one of the things they like to do for self-care is to listen to uplifting music. Take a look at their Playlist Activity.
See Me – has a resource section online to help young people to speak about their mental health. They also have a playlist resource, Feels FM.
